Surviving in the Development

Description

~This is one of the Wild Spanish Mustangs which
roam some 12,000+ acres of protected land on the northern tip of Currituck Banks between Corolla and the Virginia state line. They once wandered an area 2-3 times larger until explosive development forced them into the last remote land on Currituck Banks. But the development is pushing in on their protected area and the Mustangs often wonder into the developed areas~

Despair is writting all over this beautiful Mustang and it makes me so sad too. I hope something is beeing done to assure their survival. Without wildlife I feel that we are lost too. #11398951

Damn, I hate that we can't let some of God's creatures have a little place of their own. Hate that we have to kill off all the beauty for another shopping mall or high rise. This is a favorite especially that it may not be seen again. Beautiful Becky. #11398981
