Last week my wife found this beautiful button bush full of butterflies -
This bush is accessible only by hiking a trail near our home (The main road is still closed off) - We hiked this trail mid-afternoon with the temp in the 100's but well worth it! This leads you to the creek/lake that flooded in May and remains 20 feet over the banks. The butterflies are thriving in this area which is one positive sign!
