The Pledge

This was one of the children attending Camp Save-a-Life, hosted by the American Red Cross of Eastern Pennsylvania. In this scene, he and about 30 other teenagers were being administered the Fire Safety Pledge by the Philadelphia Fire Department's Commissioner. They were awed and inspired by a great man to start off the week.

Excellent b&w portrait, Michelle. He clearly takes the Pledge seriously. On the other hand, the tee-shirt's comment about arguing is too perfect for my husband and me. I'll show it to him when he gets up tomorrow... #11381993Ellen Hodges November 08, 2015

I want that t-shirt! :-) Your portrait work of "the people" are always so perseptive Michelle! Wonderful presentation! (the shirt would be for me to wear when I'm talking to my oldest grandson!) :-) #11437336Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
