Description

This photo was captured back in 2009 at New Jersey's famous Hunterdon County Fair. This "Rockwellian" boy was waiting for the Sheep Dog demonstration to begin, and the presenter had brought a puppy-in-training for the audience to meet. He gravitated STRAIGHT to the boy, who could not have been more delighted.

I used a combination of presets from TOPAZ Impression to achieve this look.
