Description

Kansas is full of grain elevators.
Every town has one, and they all look pretty much the same. Occasionally, though, you come across one that stands out. This one however, is located in Ardell Ks. Located in Edwards County, just one county to the North of my home. If you position yourself just right, this elevator is the only thing you see for miles. Definitely a giant upon the plains. Although no longer in use, being replaced by new styles, these old ones covered in tin usually, still dot the plains of Kansas.
I guess a reminder of days gone by.....
