I see you are still making your own little worlds, Jeff. This one is especially cool. Have never tried this, should give it a go sometime. Yes, very cool indeed. :o) #1550655Beth Spencer October 31, 2013
This is really cool!!! I still am not sure how you did this. What is the gold in the middle? #10884964Jeff E Jensen October 31, 2013
Thanks, y'all! Here's the original image with zero processing. It's actually an in-camera HDR image. The 5D Mk III takes three RAW frames and combines them in-camera and gives you a jpeg file of the result. I usually don't use the resulting image, preferring to combine them on my own, but this one worked for me. #10885015

You make it all sound so simple my friend! What a super creation.Michael Kelly October 31, 2013
A stunning image, Jeff. Both the straight from the camera and the small world processing are gorgeous. #10885743Elaine Hessler October 31, 2013
Ok-I couldn't stay away:) Why is it orange without processing? So are you on a polar coordinates binge again? We should do this as a challenge in the winter... #10885952

Thanks, Chris! About the only useful purpose to the Polar Coordinates filter that I can find :o) #10932058Chris Budny December 30, 2013
I'm sure! But I've never ended up with anything quite like this from Polar! #10932059Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
