Most of the year, my yard is filled with these beautiful Anole Lizards. These small and very quick creatures are so helpful in eliminating many harmful insects from my garden. Normally, I can't find one to sit and pose, however, this one was very cooperative.

Yep, every so often you run across one who's curious about what you're up to and sits and stays like a good little lizard! He sure did for you - what an amazingly beautiful and wonderfully detailed portrait of this little fellow! Superb macro work, Donald! #10857651
