I'm still confused about how to use extension tubes from a distance. THIS is proof that it's a great way to shoot! The individual snowflakes are so difficult to capture as background. #1511790

Thank you Michelle, I love the Canon EF12 extension tube for birds with my big lens. But its also great with a macro lens for super close ups. You may have to compensate with your f-stops for depth of field the closer you get. ~ GT #10545152
