Description

Several thousand (most not pictured) Snow Geese take flight suddenly when a Bald Eagle flaps his wings at a Raven (who seems unconcerned) to keep him away from finishing the last of a meal. The Sand Hill Cranes on the ground must somehow know an eagle won't too often mess with them -- after all they may be outweighed by an eagle but are taller and have a longer wingspan. Just might make an eagle leary. Taken in Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge.
