Resiliency Of The Human Spirit

Uploaded: January 20, 2013

Description

Breezy Point, NY was damaged beyond comprehension during Superstorm Sandy. Besides a storm surge that lifted houses off their foundation there was a devastating fire that destroyed 126 during the storm. The firemen who came to put out the fire couldn't even get to the homes to do their job. The water was too high, the wind was blowing at 80mph, and their equipment was moved earlier to higher ground. This is one photo of hope.

Exif: F Number: 8, ExposureTime: 1/200 seconds, ISO: 100, FocalLength: 24.00 mm, Model: NIKON D800
