The very shallow depth of the water..maybe couple cms allow almost perfect reflections..the water was gone the next day..this is Lake Cowan looking towards Mount Jimberlana

taken with a 24 x 70 mm L 2.8 lens @ 1/60 sec @ f 13 Iso 400
