The bird is seeking employment delivering mail.
I took this photo Sunday (hanging out the driver's side window of my truck) while dropping off 'bills'.
I was surprised the bird stayed for a few photos. I suspect a nest is nearby.
Heavy Thunderstorms rolled through Philadelphia during the night.
