Description

Later in the afternoon a line of severe thunderstorms approached Melbourne and dumped heavy rain,huge hailstones,and even localized tornadoes were reported.Taken at Mordialloc Beach some 25kms south of Melbourne,30C(90F) and steamy.

I love the depth of the sky! We even had tornado warnings here and a touch down about 40 miles away on Christmas Eve , eve. That's even unusual for here, where we are the tornado capitol. #9887790
