Description

This photo was taken from the old and newly restored walking bridge just in front of the Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, Arkansas. Before the library was built, these marshes were full of garbage and debris that had been gathering for years. The high rise towers represent all the new corporate offices that have been located in Little Rock since the library was erected.
