Owlsome Foursome

Description

Image made with a Canon F1N, 300MM f 2.8 L lens. I normally prefer to have odd numbers in my images, but with wildlife this is not always possible.

I like the fousome. The one in the back makes it a particularly interesting composition. Congrats, JMW!

Thanks guy's for the kind comments. I had a lot of fun with these owls. I started from about 40 fett away and gradually work to the minimum focus distance of my 300mm lens of 9 feet. I blew about 2 rolls of film on them. JMW #4784

Nope my friend you didn't blow any film LOL #4786

What a wonderful shot JMW - a worthy 2nd Place-getter! Are you still 'shooting' wildlife?! All the best in your photographic endeavours... #450519

Yes I'm still shooting Nature and Wildlife since my return to SW Florida from Colorado in 2002. I'm now shooting with a Canon 10D and Canon lenses, as well as leading Photographic Tours here. I have several web sites from which to see more of what I do. My interactive site is: http://www.communityzero.com/lsphotographers. My personal site is http://www.jmwnaturesimages.com/. Thanks for all the kind comments, Michael #451376
