Dragonboat in Naha

Uploaded: May 09, 2011

Description

This scene was shot at the Dragonboat Festival 5 MAY 2011 in Naha Okinawa, Japan.
It had rained and I was under dark skies up until the last few races. To catch the lighting in this scene I hiked about a quarter mile away from the festival and sat on a seawall with a tripod, cable release and Pentax K10D using a Pentax 18-250 at a focal length of 55mm f/11 1/500 ISO 100.
