Maria- Now that is a sky that tells me I better be close to some shelter. It is dramatic and I love the dark clunds mixed in with the more colorful ones and trhe blue sky. Very unusual and gorgeous with such a mix. Beautifully captured my dear friend.

Thank you everyone for your wonderful comments,they are really appreciated..
We were driving back to Denver and I was seated in the back seat and couldn't stop photographing this incredible changing sky.
I photographed it from beginning to end while the car was moving.

With the exception of a "tornado sky" I once saw, this is the most incredible display of ominous looking clouds I ever saw, Maria...agree with Mel..I'd be running for cover! :) Excellent color - love the silhouettes of the mountains and the beautiful cloud mixture of peaceful days end with a touch of drama.
