Description

Just thought I'd re-enter this one
for the contest, as I think it's
a corker.

Excellent shot, Arthur! I think its a corker as well! #289988

Thanks, Leanne. How many zillion shots
of 'the bridge' do we see? so
if I can provide an interesting viewpoint,
that's what I'm after.

I thank you all. I didn't have anything
creative for some months. I was injured
and mostly in bed, and man that can
get depressing.
Now I'm inspired again, and able
to get out and about. Some new images
will be getting into circulation and
I hope you enjoy them.

Having shot from this same spot in March, I think you came away with something very special and perhaps unique. Not a "corker" at all, IMHO. Congrats on your win!!! #1890767

Thank you everyone. This is one of
those images where the print is so
far beyond what can be represented
on the web. Yeah, I know, I know...
everyone says that. But the constellation
Scorpius is clearly and vibrantly visible
in the original at the right. Can you
visualize the detail necessary for that to happen? Anyway, I wish I could stuff
a copy of this in each of your Christmas
stockings. I wish I wish. The ink
elves at Canon wouldn't be able to
make enough Cyan!
