Looks like a painting. The lighting and shadow really give good depth. Nice going. You should have enough of these shots for a cool photo essay on the rising moon or something. There's a photo contest for essays somewhere out there on the Web. I forget where I saw it now--something like the Student PHotographer's Association. I'll see if I can't find it and get back to you. #3395

Thanks Piper - I did go out and shoot the On the Edge again this morning - though the moon wasn't in the best postion - and I have hundreds of shots of the moon - I would appreciate the link and if you wish - I'll email a link of some of the image in my moon collection or you can go to www.coloradophotos.com for some.
