Description

That's what "they" call this part of Arches National Park in Utah. Flipping through the channels I saw this very scene in an old werstern movie, and called to my wife, "Hey, there's The Engineer and Train." That's the name I gave to that rock formation to the right. Don't know if you'll see what I mean without a pointer, but...

This is terrific Marty, did you walk the Ave. Interesting is that the monolith in the center with the wall to the left once was an arch which has fallen long ago. #1297388

Marty- What I love about these rock formations is that each one is unique and a one of a kind. Never to identical and that makes it special. Love the use of both beautiful lighting and shadow at the same time. The depth of the picture is awesome and your composition gives us such a grand view of the beauty of this place. I am a big fan of what I call earthtone colors especially when they are contrasted with such a gorgeous blue sky. A wonder of nature so well preserved with high quality camera work my friend.
Have a great weekend and enjoy. #8824647
