Cozy Quarters
Uploaded: July 02, 2010
These little "houses" in Valley Forge National Historical Park look quite cozy in the evening light. Now imagine bitter cold winds, more holes in the walls, and the threat of natural and military death, while you shiver through inadequate clothing. With a special thanks this fourth of July weekend to all those who have sacrificed so much for so many.

Marty- I just love these kind of places, so interesting and as your picture shows, you get some gorgeous pictures to. Love the composition, the colors are beautiful, love the details of the log cabins and I love that rock with the plate telling you about them. Topped off with a gorgeous sky.Monnie Ryan July 02, 2010

Easy to forget while we live in our warm and comfortable homes with our daily needs met, all those who have sacrificed much to bring about and keep safe and free this great nation of ours. Your wonderful capture and commentary is a reminder to all of us of those sacrifices. #8737607Dianna Murphy July 10, 2010
Makes me want to go there. They look so cozy in that beautiful warm light. I love how the tree frames the cabins. #8746356Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
