Jumpin' Juniper
Uploaded: June 16, 2010
Is this a juniper pine? I talk with 'em, and capture the light on them, but don't know their names. In the bg you can see the Three Gossips and Courthouse Towers ~we'll get back to them later.

I think you are right on the tree Marty, great the way you placed this in the view it has so much character. Well done my friend it is pulling at my heart to go back. #8698560Val Feldman June 16, 2010
Maybe a Utah Juniper...not that I know first hand, I googled it! :) Beautiful twisty, textured tree trunk and sprawling roots (I talk to 'em too). I always love diagonal lines in a capture and enjoy the directional lead-in to the Courthouse Towers - all under a gorgeous cloud-filled sky...and the Three Gossips..ooo, interesting! More, please! :) #8698601Jeff Robinson June 16, 2010

I don't know what it is either, Marty, but I think the composition and light and color here are absolutely superior. #8699159Eivor Kuchta June 16, 2010
