Mykl, Nice use of highlights in the eyes and a great highlight on the cheek. I like the image but I feel you could make it better. Please consider re-cropping it. Move him to the left so your eye come into the image from the left. Take more off some of the rightside so your eyes stay on him and not searching out the sided of the image.
