Thanks Tammy and Steph.. It was cute..When the kids moved on, a man sat down on the little step and the gorilla was looking at him kind of strangely and then the gorilla turned his back and just sat there with his back to the window.

He is great and so is this shot!!! How do you get it so clear thru the glass...I took pictures at the Bronx Zoo recently of the gorillas but reflections ruined them all (I really ruined them I guess lol)

I did ruin a few that way, Agnes. I just try to watch where the reflections are while I'm shooting and stay off to one side or the other if I can't get right up to the glass.

WOW ~ add my voice to the chorus of CONGRATULATIONS!!! I can't believe that I'm so late in seeing this surprising shot. We have a family tradition of visiting the OKC every Christmas Eve, and have had some wild experiences ourselves with the great apes shown here. We've found that if you point to something behind them, the apes will turn and look. It's quite an experience. Love your work!!!
