To my interpretation...the escalator that is descending shows no movement due to it being "out of order"...as opposed to the blurry ascending escalator showing movement of the person on it. Great photo Dolores...well the shot is but I've had that happen so often and have to 'climb' the stairs...for whatever reason, it seems far more difficult than regular stairs.ha You sure know how to make opportunity work for you!
