Grazie mille! It actually was a very relaxing, peaceful day and I was just wandering through the neighborhood of Trastevere without even a passerby in site, which is rare. I had a small camera in my purse and although I hadn't planned on taking photos that day I felt that I had Rome to myself so I went in search of laundry for hours down all my favorite hidden streets. Where can I see your photos? Thanks again for the lovely compliment.

Congratulations Diane on your win. We were in Italy in 2000, Rome included, and when I look at your pictures it makes me want to hop on a plane and come back. Maybe someday. Untill then I guess I'll just have to continue checking out your picture version. Keep up the good work !

I am taking Charlie's Commerical Lighting course now...I am working some gosh awful hours now and it is difficult to finish my assignmants on time. Are you taking any on line courses now? I will be taking some workshops in Maine this summer and am looking forward to the time to do nothing but photograph for a couple of weeks...One workshop will be with Joyce Tenneson and the other with Alison Shaw. I have always loved the sensitivity of your work..you are the perfect photographer to be in Rome...I will keep an eye out for some more of your submissions...
