Thanks Everyone! Richard - My first adjustments with CS5 were levels and slight increase with hue/sat on individual colors. I then used NIK Define 2 for noise. Over to Topaz Adjust 5 HDR (Light Pop Smooth preset). I then went back to NIK Silver Efex using "Old Photo".
