I have a piece of bubble wrap with a silver and a white side. I use it as a reflector and extra padding in the camera case.

I think it was made to keep cold things insulated. The piece I carry is about 18X24 inches. This is a little small for a reflector, but it fits easily in my case. Anything that stays in the case is more useful than things I have to carry in addition to the case.

I also have a piece of duvatyne in the case. Duvatyne is a very black cloth used for blocking light. I can use it to reduce flare or to reduce light on a subject. Duvatyne is available from some of the big photo retailers.
