Beautiful picture! Because I'm new and still learning, please explain to me the choice of aperture. It seems to me that, with everything in the frame more or less at infinity, that the ideal aperture would be around f/11. That is usually the sharpest aperture. Since there is really nothing in the foreground, why use f/22?
Of course, it is somewhat irrelevant here, as you have made a great photo. Thanks.

Thank you to all my BetterPhoto friends for the nice comments. Matt, the choice of F/22 was for an artistic effect. If you look at the light points, i.e. lamps etc, they have a star effect. By setting the camera to F/22 you will get this effect on all the points of light. This can also be done using Topaz Star Effects. Thanks again for your comments. Enjoy your photography!! #10601066
